Since 2008 Glenda has been providing culinary experiences as a private chef.  With formal training from the Culinary Institute of America and certification through Le Cordon Bleu along with skills honed at the renowned Arnaud's Restaurant in New Orleans and the Five-Star Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, Glenda has developed her own signature style of entertaining to include special dietary needs and tablescaping from simple fun and beauty to grand elegance. Whether you are a business, group, or individual planning your own party, gathering, or soiree, consider adding some lagniappe to your event.
